Has a lot of alcohol and dries on it's own fairly quickly. Most guys buy this stuff in a can called "De-Oxit" and simply spray onto male/female pins in machines. Then simply wipe the pins with a water wet Kleenex tissue. You CAN make a paste out of one tablespoon of baking soda into one cup of water.Īpply it with an old toothbrush to the pins and watch the battery oxidization/pin corrosion bubble right off of the pins! What happens is the two pins that make up the power connection between the magnet and the circuit board get oxidized.or a circuit board component starts going outta specifications.Īnyways, pull off the two gray wired connector from the y to clean the male pins with something that cleans batteries like on your car. It works by a magnet with two gray wires going to the top of comparitor case enclosure. ![]() Behind the coin comparitor is something we call a "rake".it's clicking like crazy.haha
